Healthy Omlet

Today's breakfast dish is helathy omlet. Omlet is a dish made from beaten eggs and sometimes added with some veggies  and cheese. All depends on your taste and preferences. Here goes the recipe.....


We need:


Eggs 4
Chopped onions 1/4 cup
Chopped Tomato 1/4 cup
Chopped cilantro 2 sps
Chopped Spinach 3sps
Chopped green chili 1/2 sp
Diced or sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup
Chopped bellpepper ( any color) 1/4 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 sp
Haldi pinch
Black pepper powder 1/4 sp


Method:


Add all the cut veggies into mixing bowl.
For better taste cut veggies into very small pieces.                                       Add salt, haldi and pepper powder to veggies and mix well.
Now break down eggs  in separate bowl and beat well.
 Quantity of veggies depends on your taste.

Now add veggies and fold properly so that veggies are mixed well into beaten eggs.
Now add milk and mix it again.
Heat skillet, add oil and spread all over the pan.
Now pour the egg mixture onto pan and cook on medium flame.
After 2 to 3 minutes flip over and cook further till done.
Transfer to serving plate and serve hot.
