Nutella Puff Pastry

Today's recipe is one of the simplest and easiest dessert made in just few minutes. We just need 2 ingredients to make these delicious and kids favorite  Nutella puff pastry. These cute chocolate pastries can be made ahead of time if you are serving for any party or can be packed as a snack for kids lunch boxes. This post goes to week 4 day 3 of Blogging Marathon 100 under the theme " Stuffed Dishes". Ingredients: Puff Pastry sheet 1 Nutella 1/2 cup Round cookie cutter Preparation: Thaw the pastry sheet to room temperature. Cut the pastry sheets to 8-10 circles with cookie cutter. Place small amount of nutelle in the center as shown in the picture. Close the filled circle with another circle and seal the edges. Bake on 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Nutella Crepes with Mixed Berries

A Crepe is a type of thin pastry usually made of wheat flour. Crepes are popular through out France. Crepes are served with variety of fillings sugary or savory.  Sweet Crepes are made with wheat flour where as savory crepes are made of non wheat flours like buckwheat flour.  Savory crepes fillings could be cheese, ham, eggs, or any kind of meat.  Where as sweet crepes are filled and topped with nutella spread, whipped cream, custard, sliced or chopped fruits.  Today we are starting with 2nd week of Blogging Marathon 82. My theme for this week is " Crepes for all time". For day 1 am here with a simple and delicious  Nutella crepes with lots of mixed berries. Perfect to have for breakfast or as a dessert after lunch or dinner. Here goes the recipe........ Nutella French Toast Roll Ups

These are quick and easy to make Nutella French Toast Roll Ups. Its a great breakfast treat or after school snack or  can be packed in a lunch box.  My kids LOVE Nutella, but they do not like french toast. This is the best way to feed picky eaters like mine with their favorite chocolate spread inside the roll ups.  This recipe goes to  day 3 of Week 2, under the theme "Cooking on Tawa". If you like you can even chop some strawberries / raspberries / banana or any other fruit and place the fruit slices on top of nutella and then roll the bread before cooking on tawa / skillet. So that your family gets some of  those extra nutrients from fruits and eggs.  Here goes the recipe....... Nutella & Raspberry Rolls

I always make sure kids have simple and easy to eat food in their lunch boxes. One such dish I prepared recently is Nutella & Raspberry rolls. Great for any age group kids. Great to carry for long drives and picnic's too. This recipe goes to 2nd day of Week 4 for BM 66 under the theme Kids Delight- Kids lunch box recipes.   Ingredients: Bread slices 5 Nutella hazelnut spread Raspberries 10-15 Preparation:   Cut the    edges of bread slices and roll them with rolling pin to make them little thin. Spread nutella on all the slices. Cut raspberries into half and place them on one side as shown in the picture.  Roll them slowly and place them in box. Enjoy! Brownie with Nutella Syrup

  Today we are starting with week 2, 58th Edition of Blogging Marathon. For day 1 under the theme Tea Time Snacks  am here with a delicious sweet treat, Brownie with Nutella  Syrup. Tea Time snacks can be sweet or savory. People prefer savory snacks mostly but for a change I have made this delicious snack for my guests last weekend.   Nutella, milk and  whip cream mixed together will make a nice and smooth syrup which can be served with not only brownie but also on any kind of cake, milkshake or even pancakes.  Here goes the recipe...... I ngredients: Nutella 1/4 cup Brownie  Heavy whip cream 1/4 cup Milk 5 to 6 spoons Preparation: As nutella is very thick, first will add milk to it and make it a semi liquid mixture. Now add heavy whip cream and fold it well, do not mix it in a circular motion. Nutella Popsicles

On a hottest day, nothing seems interesting and refreshing than a icy pop or a Popsicle. A frozen treat which is favorite of grown ups and little ones. Why to get from a store when you can make them right in your kitchen with what ever flavor you want.  Blend everything and fill the molds and freeze them, as simple as that. For day 3 under the theme "Nutella Galore", am here with the delicious Nutella Popsicle.  Ingredients: Almond Milk  2 cups Heavy cream 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed milk 1/2 cup Nutella 1 cup Popsicle molds Preparation: Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. You can replace regular whole milk with almond milk. Fill the popsicle  molds  with the blended mixture. Freeze it over night or for at least 10 to 12 hours. Nutella and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Its summer time in USA, kids are home and moms are busy thinking how to keep them busy. If you do not keep them busy they will try to keep you busy, hahahahha. Every 1/2 hour they are hungry and keep asking for snack. Today I made them make their own cookies. They were more excited when I said "we are gonna make chocolate chip cookies with nutella". My daughter was all set with her spatula and whisk.  Yes, for day 2 under the theme "Nutella Galore", I made chocolate chips cookies, with a surprise ingredient which you can find when you just take a small bite of it. You heard it right, nutella in a cookies, which  makes the chocolate chips cookies more delicious than before. Here goes the recipe for delicious and  melt in mouth soft cookies with the goodness of nutella. Nutella Hot Chocolate

Do you like chocolate? Who doesn't like chocolate, specially kids. My kids love chocolate in any form. Specially my daughter who is a big fan of Nutella.  Nutella is a delicious Hazelnut spread which contains skim milk and cocoa.  Today we are starting with 2nd week of BM 55. My theme for the week is "Nutella Galore".And for day 1 am here with Nutella Hot Chocolate, which is perfect drink for kids and chocolate lovers. My son loves hot chocolate from Starbucks. So on his demand here is the Hot Chocolate with yummy Nutella.  Ingredients: Milk 2 cups  Nutella  1/2 cup Chocolate chips 1 spoon Vanilla extract 1/2 spoon Whipping cream Preparation:            In a pan add milk, nutella and stir it while  the heat is on. Once the nutella is well incorporated in milk add vanilla extract and give it a stir. Boil the milk for 5 to 8 minutes and switch of the flame. Transfer the milk in to serving cup / glass.
