Scrambled Egg Toast
Today we are starting with 4th weeks theme "Breakfast on the run ". Today's recipe is very simple yet healthy dish.
We need:
Bread slices 4
Eggs 2
Milk 1/4 cup
Butter 1/2 sp
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
Beat eggs in a mixing bowl add milk and salt to taste.
Heat pan add butter.
Now add egg mixture and black pepper powder.
Mix well and cook on low flame.
Keep stiring till done.
Add cheese if u like to.
Toast bread on pan or toaster.
Spread the cooked scrambled egg mixture on toasted bread and top it with another bread.
Serve hot or warm with a cup of milk.
