Watermelon Smoothie

Today we are starting with  the 4th week of  BM 30, for this week I choose my themes as Summer Special. For next 3 days I will be making summer special recipes. For day-1, I made Watermelon smoothie.
Its very good and refreshing on a hot day. Cool watermelon juice or smoothie with a splash of lime is the perfect drink to enjoy on a hot summer day. Its wonderful for athletes and active people because it is deeply hydrating.  Here's the cool cool drink for hot hot summer day.....

We need:

Watermelon pieces 2 cups
Lime juice 1 1/2 spoon
Honey 1sp(optional)
Mint leaves 4
Crushed ice 1/2 cup


Method:

Add watermelon pieces, mint leaves, honey and lime juice into blender.
Blend till watermelon pieces become smooth paste.
Now add crushed ice and blend well.
Serve immediately as it is already chilled or store in refrigerator for later use.

  1. Love the addition of lime juice in the smoothie. That would give a super flavor along with the mint.
