Peanut Sauce ~ Satay Sauce

Peanut Sauce or Satay Sauce is made with roasted and grounded peanuts. Widely used in Thai, Vietnam, Malaysian, Chinese and Indonesian Cuisines. Peanuts being the main ingredient, we also add soy sauce, chili paste and coconut milk to give the extra flavor to this sauce.

Peanut sauce goes well with meat and vegetables. This sauce is usually served with grilled meat ( satay)  or veggies as a dipping sauce. Can be served with fried rolls or herbs wrapped in rice paper.
