Aam Panna
Finally summer is here and its time to make some fresh, chilled and refreshing drinks to beat the heat. Aam panna or green mango panna or raw mango juice is an Indian drink which is a great remedy for heat stroke. Aam panna is made of green mangoes, sugar and some Indian spices. Green mango is a rich source of pectin, it is sour in taste. It is also a good source of Vitamin B and C. This the prefect and ideal drink for hot summer days.
Today we are starting with 4th week of Blogging Marathon #64. My theme for this week is "Kids Delight- Summer cookers". For next 3 days I will be posting 3 super delicious and refreshing drinks to beat the heat. Here is the recipe for 1st days post- Aam Panna.
